Description of finish treatments:
“Clear” refers to a semipolish surface with no treatment. There will be some slight visible machining characteristics.
“Greywash” is a slightly darkened matte finish from a process of sandblasting, tumbling, and brushing.
“Oil Black” process is similar to Greywash but adds heating and oil quenching resulting in an oxidized surface giving a much darker patina.
